makeads provides digital services. Because digital services are consumed immediately, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Subscriptions & cancellations

• You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals (where applicable).
• Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges, unless required by law.

How to request a refund

Email support@makeads.xyz with your account email, payment receipt (if available), and a brief explanation. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method (subject to processor timelines).
